Easybeats Spectacular
The Easybeats Spectacular special on Channel 7, was hosted by Billy Thorpe and telecast in July 1966, on the eve of the Easys' trip to the UK. The show starred the Easybeats of course, and featured Janice Slater and Tony Worsley . This farewell to the Easybeats, on the eve of their trip to the UK, is regarded as an iconic sixties Australian pop TV presentation. Watch, and you'll see great footage, the usual screaming teenagers, Go-Go girls, Mod dancing and interviews with the band and their manager.
