So, You're A Maggie Britton Fan. Ditto.

Maggie Britton , in her most recent album,  Ditto,   features 12 standards  from the 'Great American Songbook' and a latin jazz single Maggie  wrote last year and recorded with Wil Sargisson one of Australia's best young jazz pianists, Col Atkinson, a wonderful jazz bassist, all the drums and percussion were played by Al Cesario, the guitar and engineering was in the capable hands of John Pieri and the magic flute is played by Willy Qua founder member of Galapagus Duck.   Preview Ditto here. This marvellous line-up appear with Maggie at live concerts.  Maggie plans to be back in the studio to record a new album in 2015.  F rom the beginning of her career as a regular performer on Brian Henderson’s Bandstand (Channel 9, Sydney Australia),   Maggie   toured extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand.  Her first record Come On Down   written by Jackie De Shannon reached number one on the New Zealand chart and remained in the top...
