Lonnie Lee. Still playing the music you grew up with.

Vintage FM has announced that they are promoting Lonnie Lee on Saturday the 31st of January at Panthers Evan Theatre. This will be a Great Night, a night not to be missed. Tickets available at Panthers or Thru Ticketek.  Lonnie Lee posted: "Whilst we are in Tamworth at the Services Club on Sat 17, Sun 18, Mon 19 and Tues 20th all at 2pm we come back to a big show at Penrith Panthers Evan Theatre on Sat Jan 31st at 8pm presented by Vintage FM "Playing the music we grew up with") on Western Sydney FM 87.6 and 87.8. Bookings now open and we're ready to rock !! Ain't it so in 1959, was a big hit for  Lonnie Lee. This was  followed by Starlight Starbright then in 1960, Yes Indeed I do, I found a new love, Defenceless. In 1961 and 1962 Sit Around and Talk, When the bells stop ringing, Sitting by the river, Don't you know Pretty baby and others. His last #1 record was in 1969 with his own song ' Sad Over Someone' (SOS) Over all he had 8 national #1 hit...
