Ricky Martin to Emma Pask: 'I am recording a Brazilian album and I want you to be part of it'

Emma Pask is an Australian jazz vocalist. She is best known for her work with big bands and her continuing collaboration with noted Australian virtuoso James Morrison.

She competed on the Second Season of The Voice Australia but was eliminated in the Showdown rounds. In April 2013, Emma auditioned for Season 2 of The Voice (Australia) and was placed on Joel Madden's team as he was the only coach to turn his chair. She was defeated by Lyric McFarland in the Battle Rounds but was given a second chance when Ricky Martin chose to use his only save on her, now making her a member of his team.

While she was unsuccessful during the Showdown rounds, Ricky requested that she join him in recording a Brazilian album he is currently working on after her performance of Brazilian hit song 'Mas que Nada'.

"I'm going to throw a bomb here... I am recording a Brazilian album and I want you to be part of it" says Grammy-award winner Ricky Martin after Emma Pask's rendition of a Brazilian Portugese anthem, Mas Que Nada.
As proof of Emma's remarkable performance, coach Joel does not stop himself from shouting "Fuego! Fuego! Fuego!" which means fire.
