Brian Cadd is a key figure in the history of Australian music; one glance at his extensive discography will indicate his prolific musical output, and he has been active in many other areas of the industry throughout his long and successful career.
In 2009 Brian was inducted into both the ARIA HALL OF FAME and the AUSTRALIAN SONGWRITERS HALL OF FAME and he was awarded an Honorary Masters of Music from the Australian Institute of Music in Sydney.
His autobiography FROM THIS SIDE OF THINGS was released in November 2010 and is still selling really well. As a result he is now working on a quite different second book, which should see the light of day towards the end of 2013.
2010 marked Brian's 44th year in the music industry and saw Brian spend 6 months in Paris, something he now does each year.
A duo country album with Russell Morris called WILD BULLS
AND HORSES was released mid year 2011 to high acclaim. Later the same year he commenced work on his 14th album, a collection of his versions of songs he has written for other artists, it was be released in the spring of 2013.
